Contemporary brand Cynthia Rowley is seeking a dynamic and results driven Social Media Manager. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of a social media strategy for an established RTW brand across multiple platforms and channels. S/he will oversee and assess the content used to engage both existing and future customers. This includes: custom brand content, community content, retail partners’ content, and content that comes from influencer/blogger collaborations. This candidate will have at least two years of relevant social media and digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Solely manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat) including content creation, publishing and reporting
- Identify and create programs and promotions to grow engagement that align with the brand objectives
- Act as community manager, responding to and engaging fans in conversation
- Partner with retail/brand partners to coordinate social media outreach, content and campaigns
- Build and foster relationships with key influencers/bloggers to create impactful collaborations
- Work with internal departments (PR, E-commerce, Design, Retail and Wholesale) to ensure cohesive initiatives and messaging across all social channels
- Manage analytics and reporting to assess effectiveness of interactive campaigns
- Monitor trends in social media, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase social media effectiveness
- Manage calendars and project execution

Qualifications:
- Skilled in social media best practices, including representing voice and tone of a brand
- Thrives both independently and collaboratively in a fast-pasted environment
- Remains current and even predicts trends on social media industry developments
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experienced with Photoshop or image editing software
- Able to analyze data, use customer research and metrics to identify opportunities and assess efficiency of marketing programs
- Proficient in conceptualizing and executing projects, with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ready, willing, and able to work extended hours, as social media can truly be 24/7
- Previous experience in fashion related field
