E!'s "Fashion Police" has been something of a revolving door of co-hosts since late 2014, when the iconic Joan Rivers — the show's main host and marquee name — passed away. Both Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin unceremoniously quit the show in early 2015 (the latter after just seven episodes), and after a brief hiatus, the show returned this fall with Rivers's daughter, Melissa, joining Guiliana Rancic and Brad Goreski as a co-host. To say this drama has been difficult to follow is a massive understatement.
On Thursday, the troubled show revealed that it has found a new personality to join its panel for awards season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Margaret Cho — a former celebrity guest on "Fashion Police" — will make her debut as a co-host on Jan. 11, the evening following the Golden Globes. Thus far, Cho has only signed on for the upcoming season, but in a statement, it seems like she already feels like part of the family: "It makes me happiest to spend time with Melissa, and when I see her laugh at my joke, I feel like Joan [Rivers] is smiling, somewhere."
