My sister gave me this Urban Decay spray last Christmas after she learned about the benefits of makeup setting sprays on her wedding day. While my beauty look is fairly minimal, I do find my bronzer and blush worn away by the end of the day, so I was excited to add this new product to my regimen.
I follow the bottle's directions and spray an "X" and "T" formation a few inches away from my just-made-up face, and though it took some time to get used to in the beginning, I now look forward to it as a refreshing last step of my daily routine. I spritzed it on every morning during a post-holidays trip to Charleston and New Orleans; if this setting spray could keep my makeup on after hours of eating, roaming around in mega humidity and more eating, then I was sold. Every day I found my makeup successfully intact: my eyeliner looked fresh and my cheeks still shimmered with color.
One year later, I'm in need of a new bottle — and surprised that it has lasted this long. For the upcoming winter months, I decided to restock with Urban Decay's "Chill Cooling and Hydrating" version. I have a good feeling I'll be pleased with this one, too.
