The February premiere of "Zoolander 2" is still a ways away, but Paramount Pictures is keeping the anticipatory fires alive with a new trailer aimed at international audiences. (See the first trailer here.)
Despite the backlash against Benedict Cumberbatch's transgender model character, the actor's clips remains intact in the international version. To date, more than 17,000 people have signed a petition against what they believe to be an offensive portrayal of a transgender or gender-fluid individual. It looks like the film is standing by the character for now.
The new trailer also emphasizes Penelope Cruz's role in the film by sharing a bit of her backstory (she was a swimsuit model who tragically couldn't make the transition to runway), and zooming in on her ample cleavage not once, but twice. Boobs, man. They sell movies.
