By the end of a long week of red carpet events, a clear pattern in style usually emerges. Sometimes, it's pants; other times, it's slivers of skin (in clever ways). This week, however, there wasn't a singular trend that won out — although celebrities did seem to want to relax, albeit in their own distinct ways, before Sunday's Golden Globes.

In terms of easy dressing, 26-year-old actress Brie Larson came out on top dressed in a Céline shirt-pants combo. Despite the voluminous shape of her outfit, the "Room" actress looked perfectly at ease surrounded by fellow actresses at W Magazine's "Best Performances" Issues party Thursday night. Likewise, 19-year-old Zendaya looked glamorous, but relaxed, in a semi-sheer black dress by recent Parsons grad Melitta Baumeister, and perfectly shaggy bangs.

Kristen Stewart also managed to make a couple of appearances on the red carpet this week. The actress, who's been wearing nothing but Chanel in recent months, stopped by the 2016 Film Society of Lincoln Center Luncheon in a very prim Chanel Couture skirt suit from the spring 2016 collection. With the aid of stylist Tara Swennen, however, the look was 100 percent KStew: she looked like one purposefully frumpy, badass lady. In a good way.

Take a look below at the rest of this week's best dressed.
