A good reminder to incorporate soft, bright colors with winter staples.

Looking through street style images from the Paris couture shows this week, we couldn't help but dwell on one of Caroline Issa's looks. The London-based editor of Tank and Because paired a pussy bow blouse and fleece-like coat in the same mustard/olive green tone with high-waisted peach trousers.

Peach trousers! What better way to weather crisp winter days than with a pair of brightly colored trousers? They pop against the darker tones of her top and coat in a way that's truly delightful. Usually, coats get to have all the fun with color, but Issa has shown you can have just as much fun letting your pants make the statement. Finished off with pointy boots and a structured handbag, she looked fresh, sophisticated and — most importantly — comfortable.
