Photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, Dior's spring 2016 ads — featuring Raf Simons's last collection for the French label — will make their debut in the U.S. edition of Harper's Bazaar on Jan. 19. The group portraits are described as an "homage to femininity, glamour and modernity" and feature models Sofia Mechetner, Roos Abels, Staz Lindes, Maartje Verhoef, Grace Hartzel and Binx Walton. {WWD}

American Apparel rejects takeover bid from Dov Charney
On Monday, American Apparel received a takeover bid of $300 million from Dov Charney and investors Hagan Capital Group and Silver Creek Capital Partners. But according to an unnamed source, the board has rejected Charney's takeover bid. However, American Apparel is reportedly open to a revised offer.  {Fortune}
