Judith Leiber Couture is looking for an experienced and dynamic account executive with a background in designer handbag sales.
Must have 3+ years experience working with high-end contemporary and/or designer stores. Having established relationships in this market is key, along with the ability manage existing and develop new accounts.
You should be experienced in developing and executing sales plans and growth strategies in a team environment. Excellent excel and word skills required. If you have photo-shop or any other graphic design skills in your repertoire, they’ll come in handy. Excellent follow through and a convivial attitude is necessary for success.
There is travel periodically needed to conduct product knowledge meetings, drive selling events or conduct trunk shows.
This position is based in New York. Our sunny SOHO office is open-plan and very collaborative. The small team environment offers a terrific opportunity to be entrepreneurial and drive business with little red tape or office politics. A sense of humor is a bonus.
