The amount of bagels, steak fries and pizza I've been consuming lately has taken quite a toll on my skin. It's to be expected, but I have to admit, even I'm really surprised by how red and blotchy my face looks lately.

While I have absolutely no intention of changing my poor dietary habits in 2016, I'm thinking of reintroducing this Kiehl's concentrate to my daily nighttime routine. I'm not sure how it compares to other facial oils since this is the only one I've used, but my skin always looks more even and moisturized after I wash it off in the morning. But if that's not reason enough, consider this: for people who have trouble falling asleep (like me) I swear its soothing lavender smell will help you doze off more quickly.
