After the success of Lemaire and Uniqlo's collaboration last fall, the two are back together again for a new spring collection that's set to hit Uniqlo stores and Uniqlo.com on Friday, Mar. 4. Inspired by summer vacations in France during the '60s, creative director duo Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran chose a sun-faded color palette featuring ash gray hues, deep blacks and vivid whites with tinges of ginger, mahogany and blue-green.
While Lemaire's first capsule collection with Uniqlo was full of chic, cozy knits for fall, next season will bring 33 styles that hint at the French label's own spring 2016 collection. Think smock dresses that tie at the waist, high-waisted wide-leg pants and top-stitch details on skirts, tops and dresses. Knits are still in the mix, including a lightweight short-sleeve polo shirt and a sleeveless bodysuit.
