For an up-and-coming Hollywood actress, landing a Miu Miu campaign isn't only a rite of passage, it's also a sign of big things to come. Before they were award winners or starring in box office blockbusters, ladies like Hailee Steinfeld, Lupita Nyong'o, Mia Wasikowska and Elizabeth Olsen were featured in the label's ads, handpicked by Miuccia Prada herself for both their promising talent and their innate "It" factor.

For Miu Miu's spring ads, Steven Meisel captured four more newcomers who've earned the designer's stamp of approval: actresses Millie Brady, Julia Garner and Matilda Lutz, as well as New York-based artist and actress India Salvor Menuez. The first three women each have a few film projects under their belts, while Menuez — who founded an art collective called Luck You in her teen years and pals around with Petra Collins — has made waves for her performance art pieces, and has already played muse to the designers of Eckhaus Latta.

We suggest you get to know these ladies now — there might be a future Oscar winner in their midst.
