I'm not as obsessed with skin care as I used to be, but during my downtime, I will occasionally browse through "Get It Beauty," an authoritative voice on all things beauty in Korea, for their blind test product reviews. Even old ones. (It's fun!) Anyway, I recently came across their blind test for the best cleansing oil on the market, and was shocked to see that Neutrogena's was listed at number two with Bobbi Brown's soothing cleansing oil ($44) trailing in at number three. (Number one is unfortunately not available in the States.)
I've eschewed drugstore for department store products over the past couple of years, so I was still a bit skeptical. But much to my surprise, it worked just as well as any other oil cleanser, as evidenced by the satisfyingly dirty cotton pad that I was left with. More importantly, my wallet was pretty happy with it, too.
Neutrogena ultra light cleansing oil, $8.99, available at Ulta.
