Sacasa Media is a full-service Social Media Marketing agency specializing in the Fashion and Beauty markets.

The position is based in our New York City office and the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience (internship experience welcome) in Social Media marketing and a desire to build a long-term Marketing career.  

You’ll be joining a small passionate team that is growing quickly and you will work directly with our CEO and founder. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects for clients in fashion, beauty and lifestyle markets.  

Responsibilities will include:  

  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, and Pinterest account management for clients 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that drive clear and consistent brand messaging 
  • Develop content and compelling copy that is native to each social media platform and encourages customer / community engagement 
  • Create weekly social media editorial calendars, schedule posts, monitor and participate in online conversations to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers 
  • In conjunction with the photo team: help develop photography and video assets for social media 
  • Compile monthly analytic reports for clients and communicate opportunists and insights  
  • Execute and manage contests and promotions on social media platforms  
  • Cultivate influencer relationships and coordinate brand partnerships for clients  
  • Research social media trends, emerging platforms, tools and best practices 

Requirements: 

  • 1+ years social media experience is required (recent graduates with 1-3 years of internship experience are encouraged to apply) 
  • Possesses EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS and a strong desire for writing  
  • Knowledge and passion for social media and fashion + beauty industries  
  • Master of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. 
  • Strong computer and data management skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hootsuite, GoogleDrive, DropBox etc.) 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Must multi-task effectively 
  • Self-starter and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • IS PASSIONATE AND ENERGETIC!  

Major Plus:  

  • Photoshop / InDesign Knowledge  
  • Have a personal blog  
  • Knowledge of WordPress 

Logistics + Compensation: 

  • Able to Start ASAP 
  • Must provide own laptop 
  • 15-20 hours a week to start with the potential for full-time  
  • Hourly rate depends on experience
