For the better part of a year, fashion people have fervently embraced the Gucci loafer — from the classic, menswear-inspired version to the backless fur-lined iteration. The latter has proven to be such easy street style bait that we've spotted ladies wearing them sockless this week, despite the subzero temperatures. But how do we know this trend has really hit a fever pitch?
At Victoria Beckham's runway show on Sunday morning, the designer's beautiful family sat front row as per usual, but it was 4-year-old Harper who commanded the cameras' attention. She's grown into an alert little lady, watching intently as the collection walked, and she dressed the part with neatly braided hair, a tailored coat with gold buttons and — wait for it — teeny tiny Gucci shoes.
This sort of thing could be considered "peacocking" if it wasn't so damn cute. Way to go, Alessandro Michele, you've earned another (very young) convert.
