Illesteva is looking to hire a personal assistant to work directly with the CEO/Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Work effectively to keep CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences
- Act as a liaison between founder and team members to facilitate communication
- Maintain and organize showroom and ensure that general areas are kept tidy
- Provide project support by managing research activities
- Perform ah hoc and personal tasks as needed
