Alana Hadid releases a capsule collection with Loft offshoot Lou & Grey
While Gigi Hadid was uptown stomping the red carpet-turned-runway at Lincoln Center's "Zoolander 2" premiere, her older half-sister Alana Hadid was downtown greeting friends and fashion editors at a crowded launch party for her new Lou & Grey collaboration. (The Vogue Paris cover star did stop by after her "Zoolander" engagement, still in full hair and makeup.) Alana, who also works as a personal shopper, says her foray into designing was somewhat accidental: She'd stopped into Lou & Grey to check out its clothes and started chatting with the store employees about how much she loved the product, not realizing she was talking with the head designer. The team called a week later to ask if she wanted in on a capsule collection. The first results of the one-year partnership focus on clutches and bandanas in a variety of prints. {Fashionista
