Tracey Mattingly Is Hiring An Assistant Agent In Los Angeles
Tracey Mattingly, the premiere agency representing hair stylists, make-up artists, clothing stylists, groomers, colorists and photographers world-wide, is seeking to fill their Assistant Agent position.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Assist agents in managing artist's calendars and sending out schedules
- Travel coordination for artists and TM team
- Booking assistants for artists
- Identify potential new artists for the agency and assist in recruiting
- Field all incoming calls with professional phone manner
- Organize, maintain and update all paper and electronic files
- General administrative support
- Process all packages, mail and deliveries
- Maintain and stock office with supplies (including kitchen)
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of the beauty, fashion and celebrity industries
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fast learner with the ability to be proactive
- Strong interest in beauty, fashion and celebrity industries
- Comfortable under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work with multiple personnel (internal and external) of varying degrees of seniority
- Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily MS Office and Excel
- Flexibility on work hours, must be available by email on weekends
- 1 year of talent agency/management experience preferred
- Desire to develop skills and eventually transition into a full agent
