Luxury Swiss watch brand seeks sales support for its North American Sales Team and Sales Director. This position is based in NYC and will primarily focus on areas such as sales support, training, marketing, and overall management support for the sales team.

Alpina Frederique Constant USA Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frederique Constant SA in Geneva, Switzerland is responsible for the sales, distribution and overall representation of Frederique Constant SA and Alpina Watch International SA in the U.S. and Canada. The brand officially launched in N. America in 2009 and is now represented in 250 points of sales, including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Tourneau, Saks, and select fine jewelry stores. This position is based in NYC and will primarily focus on areas such as sales support, training, marketing, and overall management support for the sales team. The position is full time and includes bonus potential.

  • The position is open now, however the exact start date is flexible 
  • 40 hours per week, up to 25% travel may be required
  • Work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales in the management of key accounts- Support the sales team with sell-out analysis and account management- Visit key accounts, train, merchandise, and prepare an account status overview- Provide research on potential clients, existing clients and the competitive landscape 
  • Assist in the compilation of a leads management database 
  • Work with Marketing Manager to ensure proper representation of the brand online
  • Develop Brand Ambassador Program with support of the sales team 
  • Administrative and marketing support as needed- Social Media Support as needed- Special projects linked to the Horological Smartwatch Collection

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face-to-face 
  • Candidate should be highly analytical- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) 
  • A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills 
  • Pursuing a Masters Degree, ideally, Bachelors Degree or equivalent education 
  • Must have prior sales/marketing experience 
  • Experience and interest in luxury goods is preferred
