Prince found dead at his estate
Legendary musician Prince was found dead at his Paisley Park estate in Minneapolis on Thursday. The Carver County Sheriff's Office began investigations on Thursday morning, and the death was confirmed by Prince's publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure. May he rest in peace. {Associated Press}

Amazon to close down its flash-sale website
On Thursday, Amazon announced that it would close down, the flash-sale member-based website that Amazon founded back in 2011. The e-tailer, which launched seven in-house labels back in February, said: "As we continue to increase our breadth of selection and improve the customer experience on, we have decided to simplify our offering and will be closing MyHabit at the end of May." Amazon will assist its employees in finding internal job opportunities. {WWD}

Karl Lagerfeld's entire photographic work to go on display
On the heels of "Karl Lagerfeld: A Visual Journey," which ran from Oct 16 to March 20, Lagerfeld's photographic works will be on display yet again — this time, at the Palazzo Pitti in Florence as part of Pitti Immagine Uomo 90. Titled "KARL LAGERFELD_Visions of Fashion," the exhibition will cover Lagerfeld's photographic career and will be edited by Eric Pfrunder and Gerhard Steidl, according to Suzy Menkes. "Visions of Fashion" will open to the public on June 15. {Fashionista inbox}
