When Kendall and Kylie Jenner first partnered with PacSun back in 2013, it was a different world for the youngest members of the Kardashian family. Kendall, then 17, still had a year before her runway debut at Marc Jacobs and Kylie, 15, was just "friends" with Tyga. No one had personal apps, and Snapchat stories didn't exist. It was a time of innocence.
Flash forward to present day, and we're impressed Kendall and Kylie still have time to dedicate to the PacSun collaboration, what with Kendall's busy modeling schedule and Kylie's budding beauty empire. They've since lent their joint name to fashion collections with Steve Madden and Topshop, in addition to their own independent line, which launched during New York Fashion Week in February.
In keeping with PacSun's Californian streetwear aesthetic, Kendall and Kylie's latest collections for the mall brand are leaning heavily into the Coachella festival trends: crochet and lace fabrics, rompers and halter tops, and denim and dark florals. With more than 60 pieces, the summer collection features all that and more: tops with choker neck detailing, dresses and shorts galore. It's all priced below $60 and hits stores and PacSun.com on Sunday.
PacSun could use some more Jenner Marketing Magic right about now. The retailer filed for bankruptcy protection in April.
