Emm Kuo is a high end accessories brand sold throughout the US and Internationally at specialty boutiques and luxury department stores.
We are hiring a temporary free-lance/part time office manager for our New York office. Applicants must be New York based. We are seeking an administrative assistant that is professional, has a interest in fashion, highly motivated, hardworking, extremely organized and detail oriented. This is a catch-all position that touches many aspects of the business. The candidate must be able to multi-task; prioritize; meet deadlines and thrive in a demanding, high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Office
- responsible for general office administration (phone, mail, etc.)
- sales support including line sheets, order confirmations, re-orders, maintaining on hand stock information (internal and online), coordinating shipments
- e-commerce support
- costing and accounting support
- liaise with showrooms and manage press requests
Marketing
- researching new potential accounts
- hiring and managing interns
- assist with marketing campaigns - outreach, email blasts etc
- researching design trends, help with sourcing new materials, suppliers
- management of social media (twitter, fb, blog)
- maintain upkeep of the website and making sure its up to date
Compensation: TBD
Looking for someone part time/ 3-4 days a week
