TITLE: Customer Experience Coordinator
HOURS: Full-time
LOCATION: New York, New York
COMPENSATION: Hourly

What you will do:

  • Day-to-day monitoring of all CX platforms including email, live chat and phone
  • Build strong relationships with our customers while addressing any of their questions, concerns or comments
  • Ensure a consistent and valuable experience for each customer
  • Design, train and build programs that impress our customers
  • Work closely with the Tech team to communicate any bugs or usability issues, and Product Development to report any customer insight related to product
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


Who you are:

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • An effective communicator, who can be clear and concise to any audience
  • Highly empathetic, patient and understanding of customer concerns
  • Intensely organized with a “can do” attitude
  • Attentive to detail, with a methodical approach to error-checking
  • Ability to balance multiple high-level projects at the same time
  • Super positive with an eagerness to learn and work on a fast-paced team
  • Not easily daunted; comfortable with unstructured environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
