There's no denying that Jordyn Woods is having a major moment. The plus-size model — and yes, one of Kylie Jenner's besties — has been appearing in ads and editorials left and right, from repping Kylie's krew in Paper to baring her bum for Swimsuitsforall.
Her latest gig might be her biggest yet: Woods is partnering with fast fashion brand Boohoo to design an exclusive collaboration. It marks another effort in U.S. expansion for British retailer Boohoo, something it's been pursuing aggressively since opening in the U.S. market with a pop-up shop in 2014. At the time, Woods joined fellow Americans Hannah Bronfman and Chloe Norgaard in ad campaigns for the brand.
Woods is the second American to get her own collab, following plus-size blogger Nadia Aboulhosn; most recently, Boohoo collaborated with pop star Charli XCX, putting Woods in some seriously good company. She's been outspoken about the struggles she faced as a plus-size woman since signing with Wilhelmina at the end of 2015, and plans on using her collab to expand stylish and trendy offerings to women like herself.
"This has been an incredible opportunity to design a collection that embraces all body types. There were points in my life growing up when I wanted to dress like other girls my age, but I couldn't find clothes in my size that were as cute as theirs," Woods says in a release. "With Boohoo.com, I have been supported and encouraged to create something that all women can have access to and that I am proud of."
Woods's collaboration with Boohoo will include "party dresses, matching separates, oversized sweaters, denim and outerwear," and is set to launch in September 2016.
