As far as supermodel relationships go, we're used to seeing our favorite runway stars falling head-over-heels for musicians, DJs, pro athletes and actors (especially one Leonardo DiCaprio). But the industry was captivated when former Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr — who was previously married to Orlando Bloom, with whom she has a son — started dating tech wiz Evan Spiegel, the 26-year-old co-founder and CEO of Snapchat, about a year ago.
On Wednesday, Spiegel — who is seven years Kerr's junior and worth a reported $2.1 billion — proposed to the 33-year-old, who's an entrepreneur herself as owner of the beauty line Kora Organics. In a fitting move, the couple shared news of the engagement on — what else? — social media, with a Bitmoji illustration that's equal parts corny and adorable. Congrats to the happy couple! We suggest you keep an eye on their Snapchat stories for more gushy, newly off-the-market bliss throughout the day.
