Reporting to the Client Services Manager this position will play a key role in the organization and day-to-day running of a fast paced photo studio and creative agency environment. The ideal candidate can function well under pressure, handling multiple tasks with diplomacy and a positive attitude.
Greeters are stationed in the lobby as well as at various areas around the building. Their primary role is to guide and escort guests, Spring executives, and VIP’s around the property, assisting with luggage and equipment, and maintaining five star customer service at all times. Greeters also provide a level of building security and help maintain the rules and regulations.
Candidates should be polished, calm, and exude a confident demeanor, while always being warm and courteous to guests and colleagues. As one of the primary points of contact for all Spring guests, candidates must be very comfortable initiating conversation with strangers. Candidates must be alert and high-energy.
