Much like telemarketer calls at dinnertime or subway delays, pimples are pretty much never a welcome occurrence. And while there are ways to prevent a breakout or shorten its lifespan, every so often, the inevitable occurs, and you need to reach for the concealer. But covering up a blemish can get tricky; depending on how red and inflamed it is, you can wind up caking on makeup, which really only makes things look worse. Ugh.
