The Met delays opening for upcoming Costume Institute exhibition
Following Manus x Machina, the opening date for the Costume Institute's next exhibition, "Masterworks: Unpacking Fashion," has been delayed to November 18. (It was previously slated for earlier in the month.) All good things take time, right? {WWD}

Saint Laurent's Los Angeles team, post-Hedi Slimane
When Hedi Slimane's exit from Saint Laurent was announced, it inspired an industry-wide discussion of where the enigmatic creative director might go next. Lily James turns up the heat for Burberry Black campaign
The "Cinderella" actress is the new face — or rather, minimally clothed body — of Burberry's newest fragrance, My Burberry Black. In the Mario Testino-lensed campaign, James, a new face for the brand, appears partially nude, continuing the naked trend of fall 2016. The sultry, feminine perfume features notes of jasmine, peach nectar and rose. James joins Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss and their own Burberry fragrance, My Burberry. {Fashion Gone Rogue
