The Fashionista Digital Sales Planner is a key member of the Sales Support team focused on supporting digital advertising presale campaign activities from pitch to Insertion Order--then through to post-sale campaign activities and campaign wrap-up. This role is responsible for fulfilling requests for proposals and coordinating with the appropriate teams on packaging, pricing and inventory. We are looking for team members with a track record of success in digital advertising and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses keen analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and clear, and concise communication skills.

Knowledge of InDesign is required. You must have a minimum of 2 -3 years of experience.

  • Work closely with Account Director to understand client goals
  • Complete all in-bound RFP spreadsheets
  • Gain a deep understanding of Fashionista’s audience, segments & reach
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and work well in a fast paced & high-pressure environment
  • Must have very strong communication skills
  • Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Marketing, Sales) on the development and implementation of client campaigns
  • Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for Fashionista
  • Handle client services and ensure all digital campaigns get live, including collection of assets and liaising with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
  • Communicate campaign “highlights” and/or red flags to Account Director to enable resolution with client
  • Deliver mid-campaign and full-campaign recaps to Account Director summarizing performance
  • Must monitor campaigns and suggest optimization strategies to the sales lead
  • Coordinate with Account Director on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
  • Work with Inventory to make sure sales offerings coincide with availability
  • Analyze areas within the sales/planning workflow that can be improved, create process enhancements that eliminate any bottlenecks or barriers to entry
  • Handle any and all ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner
