JOB TYPE: Intern/Part Time
LOCATION: New York, NY
GreenGale Publishing is looking for Fashion Interns to join our high-performing New York team and work closely with the editors to gain invaluable experience in a fashion department.
Primary duties for fashion interns will include the following (but are not limited to):
- Handling sample and image requests (trafficking)
- Closet organization
- Acquiring and writing up credit information
- Providing general support to editors
- Facilitating with other duties as assigned
- Potential to assist on photo shoots and writing assignments
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, positive, have a sense of urgency, and are able to work quickly and efficiently. Interns should be organized, detail-oriented, Internet-savvy, and able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. An interest in fashion and editorial is expected.
This is an unpaid position. Interns MUST receive school credit and should be available 2-3 days a week starting in the Fall semester (August to December/January for Fall; Mid-December- Mid May for Spring, Mid-May – Late August for Summer). Ideally also looking for someone to be here 5 full days a week.
