While the rest of us have been pushed to the edge of madness by the triple-digit New York City weather — and that temperature's delightful ability to cook sidewalk trash and magnify pedestrian fart pockets — actress and tiny perfect person Natalie Portman has been up and down these city streets looking like her usual perfection in matching separates. Add her to the list of famouses who do not suffer the human consequences of heat: Portman is wearing long-sleeve tops on morning television (below) and while glamorously entering places (above) without a sweat spot in sight.
Portman is a longtime Dior ambassador, so it makes sense she's repping the brand on a promo day for her directorial debut with the film "A Tale of Love and Darkness," in which she also stars. She started the day off in a very zen mint Dior green-slash-blue situation: a charmeuse button-down shirt, wool and silk crepe skirt, complete with a Dior bag and translucent heels. She then changed into a pure white Valentino combo in the same basic silhouette, adorned with white appliqué flowers. Both looks are sweet and feminine, yet undeniably ready for getting down to business. Just as long as the A/C is flowing.
