For every minimalist, Céline-worshipping Fashion Girl™, there is a more-is-more sartorial risk-taker. (Call it the Alessandro effect.) On Monday, one of NYFW's busiest days, show-goers darted from Jeremy Scott to Proenza Schouler before hopping between 3.1 Phillip Lim, Oscar de la Renta and DKNY, all in full peacock garb. We saw whimsical prints a plenty, but a fair share of classic ones too, like gingham, polka dots and stripes.
