Celebrities have preeminent privileges on just about everything: VIP entry into the most exclusive parties, prime walk-in tables at the hottest restaurants, "Hamilton" tickets at leisure and even first dibs on the most talked about Fashion Month looks literally right off the the runway.

Minutes after a runway sample walks down and off the runway, it's often packed up (along with the corresponding undergarments) and shipped off to editorial photo shoots or celebrity stylists for red-carpet photo opps at film premieres and star-studded galas. (Or, in the case of supermodel Josephine Skriver, worn from the runway to the after-party.)

Of course, certain stylists take priority, and some celebs are BFFs with designers — Elle Fanning and Rodarte's Mulleavy sisters, Diane Kruger and Jason Wu, all the Kardashians and Balmain's Olivier Rousteing and Gigi Hadid and everyone are a few examples. But super buzzy Ruth Negga, a shoo-in for an Oscar nomination for her performance in "Loving," might have the most special look of all: a summer (or resort, semantics) 2017 Stella McCartney polka-dot dress that hasn't even walked a runway yet.
