We are looking for a full-time, experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for key elements of the company’s infrastructure, including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and, thus, be a unique opportunity for someone who is highly-organized, innately-collaborative, and proficient in the collection, processing and interpretation of data (e.g., MS Excel, spreadsheet tools, etc.). The successful candidate will have demonstrated competencies in Project Management, able to multi-task and lead up to four projects concurrently at any point in-time. The candidate will also be able to introduce discipline into unstructured & fast-paced environments, and utilize technology & data to drive efficiency and decision-making wherever possible. Finally, the candidate will be able to pro-actively and fluidly implement creative solutions within small group settings.
- Demand Planning & Purchasing, utilizing timelines and analytic software/SaaS to make purchase decisions across the company’s ten different manufacturing partners while overseeing millions of dollars in expenses in the process.
- New Product Production, spearheading the timely launch of the company's new products into market via project management, cross-functional coordination and on-the-spot troubleshooting (e.g., to meet costs-of-goods targets, formula approval dates, etc.).
- Supply Chain Management, serving as main point of contact to all of the company's supply chain partners, including manufacturers, warehouse facilities, packaging suppliers and freight & logistics companies.
- Inventory Management, constantly maintaining the company's multi-million dollar inventory within approved on-hand and safety stock levels and implementing a new SaaS or cloud-based mgmt solution for the company.
