Launched in the 2013 the eponymous label beginning from Founder and Creative Director, Rebecca Hessel Cohen’s self designed bridesmaids dress for her backyard Hamptons wedding, the collection evolved into the ultimate bohemian inspired women’s fashion collection. Forming the perfect travel wardrobe with a cult following of boho, globe-trotting goddesses, constantly following the sun sourcing inspiration from different places, people and cultures, creating the perfect combination of a luxe gypsy sensibility, an extension to Rebecca’s nomadic lifestyle and to her busy high-heeled life in New York City. The collection which is effortless pieces’ women can wear from day to night, city to beach is sold on Net-a-Porter, Intermix, Saks, Revolve, Shopbop and more than 50 specialty retailers around the world.

• Measure and analyze samples prior to fittings
• Update/create technical flat sketches as well as construction diagrams
• Manage workload as well as direct reports to ensure product deliverables are still being met
• Communicate to patternmakers and factories regarding contents of tech pack: corrections to samples and patterns utilizing technical sketches, garment construction details, grading and labeling and shipping requirements
• Interact on daily basis with agents/vendors to problem solve all issues related to garment engineering
• Manage flow of information related to fit process, communicating fit outcome to cross functions
• Maintain and organize production sample and pattern library
• Interact with Patternmakers, peers and cross functional partners from Design, Product Development, Sales and Tech while executing the prototypes and production samples
• Organize and maintain comments T&A and report to Production Manager and Creative Director


• 4-Year College Degree: Preferred with training in Technical Design
• 5+ years experience in Technical Design – Exposure to both Import and Domestic production
• An understanding of garment construction, specs, and tech packs
• Extremely organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Contacts or the ability to source local and overseas apparel factories and suppliers a major plus
• Experience with quality control
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with better contemporary level brands a plus
