Michelle Obama has snagged herself another magazine cover this year, adding to Seventeen's May 2016 coverInStyle's October 2016 cover, as well as Essence's October 2016 cover with her husband Barack Obama. But it's T Magazine's second annual "The Greats Issue," released on Monday, that tops our list right now. The First Lady joins Lady Gaga, Junya Watanabe, Zadie Smith, William Eggleston, Kerry James Marshall and Massimo Batturo as cover stars for the publication's latest issue.

Photographed by Collier Schorr, FLOTUS is seen with sleek, pin-straight hair, minimal makeup (aside from a bronze smokey eye) and statement earrings by Roberto Coin with a Calvin Klein Collection top. Though the look is rather understated overall, it's quite possibly her most fashion-forward portrayal yet. Instead of a traditional interview on Obama, "The Greats Issue" features four thank-you notes from Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Gloria Steinem, Jon Meachem and Rashida Jones, who described her best: "As first lady, she has ticked all the boxes: loving wife, protective mother, health and fitness advocate, garden enthusiast and, yes, style icon." Yes, indeed.
