Meet the Models Who Won the Fall 2016 Campaign Season
Earlier this year, we studiously kept track of every model in every single fashion advertisement for the spring 2016 season. Through the process, we learned that in Lexi Boling's case, it literally pays to be the industry's favorite bad-girl; that Karlie Kloss, despite currently matriculating at New York University, still had time to make that money; that Alexander Wang will cast Anna Ewers in every single of one of his campaigns until the end of time.
Seven months later, we did the same thing, this time for fall 2016. Australian model and future emergency room doctor Julia Nobis cleaned up this season with eight fashion campaigns, including spots for Dior, Givenchy, Prada and Valentino. Kloss, Rianne von Rompaey and Frederikke Sofie followed with six, with Kloss's gigs once again veering into high-paying commercial territory.
See all of the models who landed the most fall 2016 campaigns, as well as each of their print ads (listed in alphabetical order) below. (We would be remiss, of course, if we didn't acknowledge the lack of diversity in this roster, which is disheartening, though unfortunately unsurprising. C'mon, everyone.)
