Title: Showroom Manager

TWNZ Showroom is seeking a Showroom Manager to join the team! The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the showroom and making sure it always functions efficiently. The Showroom Manager will be offering support to the Sales team as well as acting as the liaison to TWNZ Designers and customers. The Showroom Manager is the key representative of the showroom and must always maintain a positive, professional, fare and friendly attitude in all interactions and uphold the standards of the company. It is imperative that the Showroom Manager has a can-do, proactive attitude and ability to work with a tight-knit team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Sales Representatives and Owners to ensure that all necessary selling tools are available to the team
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction and dedication, notifying accounts of any changes to orders, extensions or dropped styles
  • Remain in frequent contact with customers in order to collect approval and payment of orders
  • Organize and execute all aspects of trade shows for designers participating
  • Responsible for keeping showroom neat and orderly, including merchandising of lines in delivery order
  • Manage all samples-including inventory, stylist and buyer send outs, and sample returns at closing of season
  • Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments, showroom logistics as well as scheduling pickups and messengers
  • Booking travel arrangements for the sales team and helping to plan their road trips
  • Call accounts in a given territory to update customer files, schedule road appointments and notify customers of upcoming trade shows
  • Recruit and interview potential interns for the Fall and Spring Internship programs
  • Oversee intern projects and daily tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get things done
  • Strong ability to multi task and juggle many projects with varying timelines
  • Computer skills: Photoshop, Mac, strong Excel skills, previous use of a CRM a plus
  • Previous experience in a showroom or fashion company a plus
  • Must have a passion for contemporary fashion and desire to pursue a career in the Fashion industry

TITLE: JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

TWNZ Showroom is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to help assist with East Coast Sales! The Junior Sales Rep will be responsible for helping to grow the existing account base through cold calling, email outreach and roadwork. The Junior Sales Rep will work very closely with the Senior Account Managers to help with customer retention and expansion. The candidate will also be responsible for updating and maintaining account lists and customer files. Candidate will participate in and travel to multiple tradeshows and markets throughout the year.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Sales and a passion for Contemporary Fashion
  • Must be outgoing and have excellent people skills
  • A self-starter and able to excel in a results-oriented position
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills in order to grow new and existing account base
  • Proficiency in: Excel, Microsoft Office, Showroom Exchange
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Road travel required; must have valid driver’s license
