At FashionistaCon on Friday, blogger Danielle Bernstein talked about what it takes to be an influencer today. An important part of her business is expanding beyond the confines of her personal style start, either through partnerships or her own lines, like Second Skin Overalls, which launched in October.
If that wasn't enough, she's got another brand-new business just one month later. This time, Bernstein partnered up with designer Jordan Adoni, founder of NYC-based brand and manufacturer Modern Vice, for a line of shoes called The Archive. She follows in the footsteps of fellow blogger-turned-influencer Leandra Medine, who launched her own shoe line at the end of October.
Like her line of overalls, The Archive launches with five key styles focused around one staple. This time, it's all about the boot: a bootie, a Chelsea boot, a lace-up boot, a glove boot and an over-the-knee boot (you can see them all in the gallery below). Certain styles come in different materials, ranging from black leather and velvet to suede and snakeskin. The line, priced between $350 and $500, will expand to include more styles for fall 2017.
The Archive launches Monday exclusively with Shopbop.
