Illesteva is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our online fulfillment team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is motivated, patient, likes problem solving and enjoys interacting with people (both coworkers and customers)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Exceeding customer service goals, by creating a positive and inviting online shopping experience
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving any issues that may arise by identifying customer complaint and ensuring the best solution possible
  • Assisting with order fulfillment, refunds and exchanges

About You:

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Takes initiative when it comes to completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Charismatic, kind and thoughtful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and present positive attitude in work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience within e-commerce or customer service industry
  • Proficient in Zendesk, Shipstation, Magento
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus
