LA based swim brand, Marysia Swim, is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to lead the customer experience and operations of the growing e- commerce business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall e- commerce strategy of the company
  • Communicate daily with customers through email and provide an exceptional level of service on all sizing inquiries, returns, exchanges, and shipping requests
  • Report any issues to internal team and recommend solution
  • Manage website merchandise such as content, pricing, images and product attributes. Prepare new products and related assets for product launches
  • Manage all domestic and international shipments for wholesale, e-commerce, gifting, etc.
  • Analyze sales reports and forecast and place e-commerce orders
  • Manage shipment deliveries to distribution center ensuring deadlines met
  • Manage office and packing supplies
  • Facilitate and execute all special requests

Skills and Experience

  • Team player and ability to be flexible, decisive and quick thinking
  • Experience working in WordPress
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service or retail environment
  •  Bachelor’s Degree required
