LA based swim brand, Marysia Swim, is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to lead the customer experience and operations of the growing e- commerce business.
- Support the overall e- commerce strategy of the company
- Communicate daily with customers through email and provide an exceptional level of service on all sizing inquiries, returns, exchanges, and shipping requests
- Report any issues to internal team and recommend solution
- Manage website merchandise such as content, pricing, images and product attributes. Prepare new products and related assets for product launches
- Manage all domestic and international shipments for wholesale, e-commerce, gifting, etc.
- Analyze sales reports and forecast and place e-commerce orders
- Manage shipment deliveries to distribution center ensuring deadlines met
- Manage office and packing supplies
- Facilitate and execute all special requests
Skills and Experience
- Team player and ability to be flexible, decisive and quick thinking
- Experience working in WordPress
- 2-3 years experience in customer service or retail environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
