Fans of Sarah Jessica Parker's shoe line, rejoice: On Tuesday, the actress-cum-designer announced via Instagram that SJP is getting its very first standalone store.

Surprisingly, the debut SJP boutique won't open in New York City, but in Washington, D.C.'s new casino and luxury retail center, MGM National Harbor. Previously, the line — backed by Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus — was only available through retailers like Bloomingdale's, Net-a-Porter and Nordstrom.

"Opening a standalone store has long been a dream we have been working towards and we feel truly privileged to be doing so with the expertise, guidance and support of our brilliant partners at MGM Resorts,” said Parker in a release. “It’s been very exciting to have been involved in all steps of the process, from on-site construction visits to the actual layout and design of our boutique. I'm honored to be included in this massive undertaking and I'm very much looking forward to celebrating in December. Because perhaps then I will believe it's real."

It's a big season of expansion for SJP, which announced a line of little black dresses in September. SJP LBD will also be carried in the new store, alongside the shoes, handbags, and accessories for which SJP is known.

SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker officially opens to the public on Friday, Dec. 9, according to a release from the brand, so SJP fans still have time to book that Acela ticket.
