Last Christmas, I was given a pair of slippers as a gift. They were on my wish list at the time, but I had no idea how much of a necessity they would become to my daily routine. I wear them like a second skin, and I can't really function at home until I have them on. Of course, over time they've become worn-in and thus less comfy than they used to be, which means I'm due for another pair. I have my eye on these slippers from Opening Ceremony because I'm a sucker for leopard print, and their faux-fur lining means I can wear them without socks. (My current pair, made from wool, aren't as soft.)
The price is obviously high for footwear that's only meant to be worn at home, but with the winter months coming up, I'll likely be hunkered down at my apartment most of the time anyway. (Sorry, friends!) Now excuse me while I add these fuzzy slippers to my online cart.
Armor Lux x Opening Ceremony Leopard Slippers, $95, available at openingceremony.com.
