Showroom Director of Women’s Luxury Multi-Brand Showroom
Job Position:
- Oversee and manage all showroom activity, merchandising and inventory
- Customer service at the wholesale and retail level
- Collecting customer orders and order entry with extreme attention to detail as well as a meticulous eye for error. Ensuring that all orders are entered correctly is a mus
- Ensure showroom display and presentation
- Support senior staff in day to day operations
- Provide market support, including set up and break down, managing samples
- Ability to self-monitor time management and work effectively in a highly collaborative corporate or efficient boutique showroom environment
- Ability to anticipate in a fast paced environment
- Eagerness and aptitude to work well with clients and represent showroom in a professional and engaging manner
- Manage samples including inventory, send outs, returns, reservations and requests
- Answering the phone including booking in appointments, taking product requests and messages

Requirements:
- Recent college grads welcomed. This position is extremely meticulous and attention to detail is key
- Advanced oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhere to at all times
- Strong organizational, analytical, and evaluative capabilities
- Detail orientated and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to manage projects while maintaining deadline
- Critical thinking skills to be able to work through problems and determine solutions
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint are a must
- Experience in Merchandising and Fashion, womenswear and accessories preferable
- Prior showroom experience a plus
- Flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Comfort with working in a fast paced environment that requires agility and commitment to high standards of execution
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain workloads
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Salary is $35,000 yearly with growth potential based on performance and includes health insurance
- Office location is Midtown Manhattan
