The year is 2017, and there's nothing that can lend legitimacy and excitement to a fashion project quite like the involvement of one or more Hadid kids. For Zadig & Voltaire's spring 2017 campaign — which celebrates the French fashion house's 20th anniversary — they went all in, casting both Bella and Anwar Hadid to appear in the ads together. Doubling down on the Hadid front is always an astute business tactic (see: Gigi and Bella in spots for Balmain, Fendi and Moschino), and it hasn't failed yet.
The imagery shows Bella, 20, and Anwar, 17, posing against an ornate white wall in the company's office in Paris's 16th arrondissement. The siblings may look fairly sullen (in a model-y way), but inside, they're probably screaming "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ZADIG & VOLTAIRE, YYYYAAAAASSS." Meanwhile, the brand also tapped a couple of Parisian cool-kids, DJ Clara 3000 and model Vera Van Erp, for the ads. (Zadig & Voltaire is French, after all.)
