Fournier PR + Consulting, a PR firm specializing in luxury European beauty and grooming brands, is looking for a reliable and capable Administrative Assistant with at least 2 internships experience. Must be comfortable working in a home office environment.
Job Description:
- Fielding calls and inquiries
- Keeping track of and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining product inventory
- Create/manage media lists
- Client and media relations
- Media research and outreach
- Management of social media accounts for firm and client
- Press clippings
- Monthly client reports and invoicing
- Coordination and supervision of product mailings
- Track the sending of client samples/products
- Event planning
- Assist on event days as needed
