LOS ANGELES BRAND IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ALLOCATION MANAGER

We are looking for a wholesale/retail account coordinator for a new and exciting contemporary women’s wear brand to join our small, yet rapidly growing company.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, highly organized and detail oriented individual able to perform duties accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment:

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of all customer orders across various channels of distribution and allocation
  • Advise major wholesale accounts such as Barneys, Revolve, FWRD, and other international buyers with entire transactional process
  • Maintain and nurture highly professional relationships with crucial accounts to achieve strict cancellation deadlines and fulfillment goals
  • Create and issue RA, credit memos and invoices
  • Maintain customer financial accounting
  • Develop periodic performance and data reports
  • Liaising customers and sales rep with all questions and concerns pertaining to shipping approvals, payment collections, and order updates
  • Data entry (purchase orders, invoices, new customer info, etc.)
  • Tracking production flow against shipping deadlines, planning with production team, and communicating any delays or issues to maximize efficiency
  • Managing warehousing packing/shipping orders
  • Assisting customers with online retail orders using Shopify

Other Qualifications/Preferences

  • Values team work yet is able to work independently
  • Excellent cross functional verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in EDI systems and UPC codes is
  • 1-3 years in fashion industry experiences
  • Proficient in MS programs and web based software programs
  • Ability to multitask, problem solver, and learn quickly are a MUST
  • Willing to grow and development with our brand
