We are looking for a highly-motivated and hardworking team player with a love of fashion and jewelry!
- Assist customers in store with purchases
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders, returns and exchanges
- Respond to all customer inquiries via email and phone
- Overseeing the daily maintenance of our e-commerce website, including uploading new products, homepage changes
- Create thoughtful, on-brand content and execute across all social media channels
- Maintaining and implementing email campaigns
- Experience in luxury sales and/or web customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Passion for working with people
- Ability to self-motivate and be proactive and creative getting clients to the store
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends
- Proficient and comfortable with various computer programs. Shopify experience a plus.
