The range will make its official debut at the Cannes Film Festival, for those of you in the market for a 30-carat diamond watch.

The Cannes Film Festival each May is one of our favorite red carpet circuits of the year. Aside from the surplus of haute couture gowns and super-fancy parties and premieres that bring out every A-lister and supermodel under the sun, attendees tend to go wild with their jewelry, often arriving dripping in diamonds or other fine gemstones. This is what makes Cannes the perfect opportunity for Swiss jeweler Chopard to officially debut its latest collection: an edgy collaboration with the one and only Rihanna, called "Rihanna Loves Chopard."

The limited-edition range co-designed by Riri comes in two parts: A minimal, geometric collection of delicate necklaces, rings, earrings and a bangle is made from ethical 18-carat Fairmined-certified rose gold accented with ceramic blocks in jungle green, while a "high jewelry" collection — a watch, chandelier earrings, and two ear clips are constructed from precious gemstones and diamonds. In fact, the aforementioned watch clocks in at a whopping 30.76 carats. Only the best for bad gal RiRi!

Rihanna's proven that every design project she touches turns to gold, particularly her sellout Fenty collections for Puma and futuristic range of sunglasses for Dior. However, the price points on her Chopard collab are not for the faint of heart: The pieces, available for preorder now, start at $1460 for a simple rose gold ring, with several of the items only offering prices upon request. At the very least, we'll likely be able to appreciate them in all of their glory when they hit the scene in the south of France next month.
