What you do:

  • Live the Malia Mills values and aesthetic with a “hell yes” attitude
  • Manage the overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations and maintenance of store
  • Actively move the business forward by creating relationships with our customers and cultivating mavens
  • Hire, train and continuously coach your team
  • Ensure store cleanliness and beautiful merchandising
  • Track weekly, monthly and yearly goals and sales
  • Attend manager meetings with the Retail Team Director
  • Report to Retail Team Director

Experience:

  • Retail management experience in luxury/speciality store preferred
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail or related sales experience
  • Knowledgeable appreciation of all things fashion, luxury and hospitality

Details:

  • Full-time salaried position
