Fashion Accessory and Resort wear company, Bindya NY, is hiring an Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists during showroom market appointments – i.e. taking notes
  • Work on all social media platforms
  • Managing and tracking sample requests from press and buyers
  • Respond to customer service inquiries from our ecommerce site
  • Assist with keeping stock inventory up to date
  • Responsible for overall appearance of the showroom
  • Coordinate with photographers/models for in house photo shoots

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs on Mac
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Personal interest in fashion industry is preferred
  • Entry Level Position
